[recipe] vitamin b chocolate chip cookies

I snagged this recipe from @jessicaashwellness and it’s such a yummy gluten free treat that we love making. super easy to make, and they’re gluten free, of course!

wet ingredients:

1 cup grass fed butter

1 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup raw honey

1 tsp vanilla

2 pastured large eggs

dry ingredients:

2 cups @bobsredmill GF flour

2 cups GF rolled oats

6 TBSP brewer’s yeast

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp sea salt

combine wet with dry and then add organic semi-sweet chocolate chips.

bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes. makes about 30 cookies.

PS – I get my favorite silpat, baking sheet, and cookie scooper from Williams Sonoma.
