Okay, true story: I ran around the house yesterday to look for Kyle (found him in the laundry room lol) to show him how good 🙌🏽 my 🙌🏽 hair 🙌🏽 looked… because having good hair that makes me feel confident *never* gets old.

A frequent question I get asked is what my current haircare routine consists of. So here we go:
✨My first wash is with the black 2-1 shampoo + conditioner
✨Second wash is advanced hydrating shampoo
✨I go back and forth between the deep smoothing conditioner or intense repair conditioner
✨1-2 Rejuveniqe oil scalp treatments a week + double action serum through the ends
✨Super moisture masque every 7-10 days
✨Unknot detangler post shower
✨Always, always blow out cream & thermal protect styling shield before styling
✨A few sprays of the champ dry shampoo on second day hair and restore leave-in conditioner on my ends before bed
✨I usually wash every 2-3 days, depending on how sweaty my workouts are
A few more things —
⚡️My @slipsilkpillowcase makes a huge difference and so does my Live Pristine shower head filter.
⚡️ @hairbymillena does my color but it’s been a minute!
⚡️Hair scrunchies and turning down the heat on my hot tools to 320-350 degrees prevents breakage
⚡️I use the Rejuvabeads split end mender probably once every 3 weeks
