national nutrition month: pumpkin spice chai latte recipe

In honor of national nutrition month this March, I’m sharing one of my very fav drink recipes: pumpkin spice chai latte ☕️ packed with brain fueling adaptogens //

ingredients —

• ½ cup milk of choice (I used pastured raw milk but you can use oat or coconut)

• 2 tablespoons real pumpkin purée

• 1 tablespoon real maple syrup

• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

• ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend

• dash of sea salt

• ½ teaspoon arrowroot starch

instructions —

Heat all of these ingredients over low heat until slightly bubbling. Meanwhile boil water for you @drinkmudwtr chai.

in your mug —

Pour hot water over 1 tbsp of chai + top with the pumpkin mixture

cold cream ingredients —

• 1 cup pastured whipping cream or coconut cream, refrigerated and cold

• 1 tbsp coconut sugar

• splash of vanilla

Combine with a hand mixer until peaks form. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and garnish w a cinnamon stick or star anise. Enjpy!

The reason I use @drinkmudwtr is because it’s packed with adaptogens like Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Reishi, and Cordyceps. There are so many known benefits to incorporating adaptogens like brain health and long lasting energy. This isn’t sponsored — I just genuinely love this product.

Save this recipe & let me know if you end up trying it!
