imposter syndrome & running a biz

Studies say that up to 70% of people feel “imposter syndrome” at some point in their life. That feeling of not being good enough, of feeling like a “fraud”, and the feeling of having overwhelming doubts.

I want to tell you that — 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆.

Because the truth is, no one has it figured out, so stop trying to compare yourself.

Let yourself feel the doubts and the feelings, but then flip them and re-frame those thoughts into empowering ones.

Better yet? Find a friend or mentor to talk it over with, chances are, they’ve felt the same way too. Talking it out can help you feel less alone.

And remember: you’re human. it’s ok to feel all the things. but don’t let the limiting beliefs rule your world… let them go and go shine bright today ✨.
