As we make our way through the final month of the summer, I’m continuing to focus on my wellness, my health and overall mindfulness in several areas of my life. And I invite you to join me! The thing about focusing on mindfulness is that it doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. It’s actually just the opposite: I want to offer you simple, easy changes that you can incorporate into your daily routine that aren’t an inconvenience.

No one has time to reconfigure their entire life, but swapping a toxic beauty product for a cleaner version, or taking a supplement once a day, or getting active for just 30 mins, or committing to better sleep – these are things I can manage. You with me?

One of the best ways I focus on mindfulness is by taking care of my mental health. CATCHING THE ZZZ’s YOU NEED.

Lately it’s been hard for me to turn off my brain at night… anyone else? Like I could scroll and read one million political posts and articles and then next thing I know the clock strikes midnight and I’m like WTF am I doing ?!?! So here’s the current situation to knock myself out — two droppers of my fav sleep drops* combined with lathering CBD body butter all over my body.
