the importance of self care

This season is the perfect time to treat yourself and practice a little self care ✨

𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒔 —

• meditate for 5 mins every morning to ground yourself and clear your mind

• start up with a simple morning routine that doesn’t involve opening emails or texts until after you’ve filled your cup first

• move everyday. whether it’s a long walk, a yoga flow, or picking up some dumbbells… sweating is good for the soul and endorphins feel good

• speak positive affirmations over yourself everyday… be kind to yourself and find little ways to appreciate the fact that you’re alive and breathing!
