Bone Broth Hot Chocolate

There’s no denying the MANY health benefits of bone broth. Bone broth can help with your skin health, gut health, immune system, collagen production, and so much more. Some people aren’t a fan of the taste, so there are many ways to sneak it into your diet. Some ways I like to sneak it into my diet are by adding it to my tomato sauce, cooking my grains with it instead of water, preparing soup with bone broth, and my favorite: HOT CHOCOLATE!

I have to give all the credit to @fallondanae for creating the most genius way to sneak in bone broth! If you have littles and want to get them to consume bone broth, this recipe is for you!

Here’s my version of the genius hot chocolate hack:

-1 cup raw milk
-1/2 cup pastured chicken bone broth
-1-2 tbsp sugar of choice — honey, organic cane sugar, maple syrup, or panela. @justpanelacane is my fav!
-2 tbsp unsweetened high-quality cacao
-scoop of @crucialfour collagen or you could do @saturee_official casein
-a dash of vanilla
-pinch of sea salt

Froth with a hand mixer then top with some homemade marshmallows ☕️. enjoy!
