So, what even IS biohacking?!
Biohacking is the practice of making changes to one’s lifestyle, biology, or environment in order to enhance or optimize physical and mental performance, and Kyle and I are obsessed with it! Typically biohacking involves the application of scientific knowledge, technology, and self-experimentation to improve various things like cognition, sleep, nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being.
There are a million different supplements, exercises, drugs, devices, and technologies that can help you biohack your life, but today we are sharing some of our ultimate favorites.
