Q: Best/ worst advice you’ve ever received?
A: Best: When I learned about establishing boundaries in relationships.
A: Worst: Usually the only people who give bad advice are unhealthy people and I don’t hang out with that type.
Q: Just curious if you’re going to podcast again soon? Love your IG content too, though!
A: It’s not in the immediate plans for now. I’m focusing on my health, my team, my MONAT business, family & relationships and building our home.
Q: What is the biggest insecurity you had to overcome when starting MONAT?
A: I was so afraid of being that “shampoo girl” LOL! Turns out, being “that girl” means having my best life, the best community, financial freedom, and time to spend my life doing what I love most.
Q: Do you believe in manifestation and the law of attraction?
A: I believe that you can create your own reality and that our thoughts & mindset become our reality. If you’re negative, you will attract that. If you’re grateful, you’ll attract abundance and goodness. I also believe that God’s plan overrides even my best plans and thoughts. When He wants something to happen, it will! I like to partner up with God by trusting His plan for my life but I also strive to live my life with gratitude and purpose.
Q: Fav personal development books?
A: Atomic Habits, Think & Grow Rich, and all of John C. Maxwell’s books.
Q: What’s your favorite product from MONAT?
A: That’s literally impossible to say. But my regulars that I cannot live without are: Soothing Micellar Shampoo, all of the Advanced Hydrating products, Purifying Cleanser, Charcoal Masque, Blow Out Cream, Energy Sticks, and the Vitamin C Serum.
Q: What’s your favorite birth control type? Just got engaged and am looking into options.
A: I personally think hormonal birth control should come with a black box warning for how much damage it does to the female body. I got off of birth control in college and have been tracking my cycles with @naturalcycles ever since successfully.

Q: Tell me your brow game!
A: @reveriebeautyco does brow lamination on me and my lash tint & lifts. But, I haven’t done that since May!
Q: What’s your ethnicity?
A: My mom is from Colombia and my dad was born in the USA.
Q: Do you and Kyle want kids?
A: Kids love Kyle so much! It’s a thing with all of our our friends’ kids being obsessed with him. It’s so sweet! Some day! <3
Q: What mascara do you use?
A: @milkmakeup kush mascara
Q: Are you from Jersey?
A: No, I grew up in Doylestown, PA. There’s a random castle there that’s next to the library and a sledding hill that we used to use as kids! Such a cute, quaint town. Loved growing up there!
Q: Do you like Nashville and think it’s an ideal place to live?
A: It depends on what you consider ideal! I love Nashville so much and it feels like HOME to me. There’s diversity, it’s a dreamer’s city, there’s so much to do, eat, drink and see. And where we are building is about 30 mins south of the city, which is all gorgeous rolling hills, and smaller, cute towns. The only thing that’s missing is the beach! That would make it PERFECT. But the lakes surrounding Nashville are pretty great.
Q: Where do you buy your grass fed meat again?
A: @belcampomeatco and @forceofnaturemeats. Both are amazing!
Ok, that’s all for now! Stay tuned for more Q&As on my Instagram throughout July. I always love connecting with you guys a bit more this way! Talk soon.
