It was in 2009, when I was a sophomore in college, studying to one day work in the NYC fashion industry that I realized that working for someone else just wasn’t going to be my thing…
It’s like one day something switched in my brain and I just decided I wanted to be an entrepreneur.
I wanted to create something of my own, something from the ground up, something that was 100% me.
I dove into personal development books, and I would spend hours at Barnes and Nobles reading Success Magazine and learning everything I could about topics things like…

blogging and more.
I was obsessed. and a lot of the online business stuff was still really new.
Instead of going to Florida on spring break, I would come home to Philly and sneak away to blogger conferences and meet other people like me.
And the rest is kind of history… I’ve done a lot of things and have owned multiple online businesses, and I’m grateful for every single chapter that led me here ❤️. It’s lame that some people 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍 don’t get the work from wifi thing, but that’s ok. It’s not our job to explain it to anyone… it’s just our job to follow our passions and pursue our dreams.
Can anyone else relate? When did you know you weren’t meant to work a *normal* job?

Four years ago I bought a product pack of shampoo to a) see if it could fix my hair and b) because I was curious to see if this whole social selling thing was legit…
I was skeptical.
I was afraid of what people would think. But most of all I was burnt out in my life and I needed a way to make an income from home, doing what I was already doing (spending a lot of time online).
I wanted more freedom.
More time with my husband.
& a way to bring in more money, to be honest.
What I got was 𝒔𝒐 much more… including really good hair 🙂
And that’s why I am still sharing this business with anyone who it may benefit.
Can anyone do this?

But I’ve found that for whatever reason, not everyone wants to.
